Plush dolls, also called plushies, are cuddly toys made from soft fabric and fluffy stuffing. They come in all shapes and sizes, from classic teddy bears to fantastical creatures.

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. We offer soft plush toys in sizes ranging from a tiny 4-inch to a giant 6-foot option! Imagine the photo opportunities – a giant custom plush outside your office or store is sure to be a big hit.
Our custom plush ordering process is straightforward to make this experience smooth and enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of the 8 steps:
1) Fill out the Form: Our communication begins when you complete our online request form. A dedicated sales rep will then contact you to fully understand your needs, including your custom plush design, size, and quantity, and answer any questions you may have.
2) Size & Quantity: To proceed, tell us the size and quantity you’re looking for. We typically offer sizes 6″, 9″, and 12″. Smaller sizes generally cost less depending on the details, but most clients choose 9″ or 12″. Sizes smaller than 6″ or 4″ are better suited for keychain plushies.
Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces, but we recommend 1,500 to 3,000 pieces. Orders of 3,000 or more receive a better rate per plush.
3) Sample Payment: The $450 sample fee includes artwork, artwork revisions, physical sample creation, sample revisions, and sample shipping. (we don’t charge the typical $2,000 to $10,000 set-up fee charged by other companies!)
4) Artwork & Estimate Quote: Once we have your size, and quantity, and receive the sample payment, we can provide you with plush artwork for approval. After your approval, we’ll send you an estimated quote for your custom plushie order.
5) Sample creation: After you approve the estimated quote, we’ll create a physical custom plush sample and first send you photos for your final approval.
Once you approve the sample photos, we’ll then ship the sample to you, so you can see and feel the actual product and provide final approval.
6) Deposit: Upon your approval of the custom plush sample, we’ll invoice you for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due one month before the shipment date.
7) Production: Delivery time is typically 3 months from receipt of the deposit payment.
8) Shipment: We’ll send you a separate shipping quote for confirmation. We offer all-inclusive costing, including shipping, so you’ll know the final delivered price with no surprise fees. The only exclusions are government taxes and customs duties, which will be billed to you at the actual cost.
Once payment is received, we’ll schedule shipping to deliver all your plush toys.

The minimum quantity to order is 1,000 pieces with price breaks beginning at quantities of 20,000+. We are also able to do TRIAL quantities of a minimum of 1,200 if larger orders are followed up after the TRIAL run.
On average, the turnaround time is 3 months to complete the entire production and delivery process after the sample is approved. Each step in the process is carefully monitored to ensure the highest level of detail and quality. It is important to us that you are kept informed throughout the process, and that every major step, such as artwork, quote, and prototype, is approved before production begins

We go every step of the way to ensure that our custom plush toys are safe for children, adults, and even pets (it happens) of all ages.
Strict quality control ensures that no hazardous parts, paints, or glues are used in the production of our product. We also ensure that all sewing is tight and all accessories are fastened securely to avoid any choking hazards.
Loonie Times adheres to all Canadian and USA Toy Regulations for Dolls, Plush Toys, and Soft Toys. We make sure your custom plush toys meet all toy safety standards, including CCPSA (Canada) and CPSIA (USA). Upon completion of your custom plushies, each toy is passed through a metal detector before packaging and delivering it to your door.
We wouldn’t have it any other way! After you approve the artwork and quote Loonie Times gets to work on creating your prototype. It is so important to us that you can see the 3D version of your 2D concept as well as touch and feel the quality!
We will work with you every step of the way and make any revisions necessary until you are 100% satisfied with the overall design, shape, colors, and logos before mass-producing your custom plush toy order.
Of course! If you don’t have an original design, character, or mascot you can use one of the many stuffed animal or shape designs in our database. Once you have chosen a design we can incorporate your logo and colors of choice into it! Just a warning, it is an extremely fun process and you may even catch the design bug and want to create your very own custom character next!
Yes! For years, Loonie Times Custom Mascot & Plush has been creating custom plushies for our mascot clients. We are always so thrilled to hear how happy they are when they receive such an exact miniature version of their beloved mascot! You don’t have to have a custom Loonie Times mascot for us to successfully replicate your mascot either! If you send in a photograph of the front, back, and sides of your mascot our design, our team can design artwork for you to approve before creating your prototype.
Absolutely! Much like our custom mascot production process, Loonie Times can create your custom plush toys using your unique ideas. Whether you have professional graphics, photographs, logos, or even just a sketch we can use those concepts to help design your character. Our design team takes all the details that you would like to incorporate into your custom plush character and whips up some original artwork to send to you! Once you approve the artwork we can begin to create your physical plush prototype. Once the physical prototype is approved your mass order can be placed!
